Peer Tech Support

Peer Tech Support are students working with the Teaching & Learning Centre to help create resources about the educational technologies we use and support our campus community to learn more about tech. You can book a time to meet one-on-one with our Peer Techs or submit a response to the form for help over email, to learn about tools like:

  • Canvas
  • Google Workspace: Meets, Docs, Slides, Sheets
  • Mentimeter
  • Linux
  • MathMatize
  • Respondus
  • QuadC
  • VSCode
  • ... and more! 

Note that our Peer Tech Support students focus on helping students and instructors learn about using educational technologies. We do not provide support with troubleshooting issues such as login, registration, or Respondus exam support. For help and support with technical issues, please contact IT Services or visit the Service Desk on campus.

Meet our Peer Techs

Hello! My name is Manasvi and I’m a second-year Networking and IT Security student.

I joined the Peer Tech Support team during the Winter 2026 semester, and I look forward to supporting students and faculty with their tech questions. Whether it’s learning to use a new software, or troubleshooting any issues, I’d be happy to help! I love meeting and working with people so feel free to reach out!

Hi! I'm Rajwinder, a second-year Computer Science student at Ontario Tech University and a Peer Technology Support student with the Teaching and Learning Centre.

I enjoy working with technology and helping people figure things out when something isn’t quite working. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or need a hand learning about new tech. I’m excited to be part of the TLC team and look forward to supporting the Ontario Tech community!
