Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL) Incubator

The Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL) Incubator provides a dedicated space for participants to explore SoTL research and begin developing their own projects.

Offered each spring, the SoTL Incubator combines self-paced modules with live, online sessions designed to support participants throughout the early stages of the SoTL process. Throughout the program, participants have opportunities to collaborate, exchange ideas, receive feedback, and connect with others interested in teaching and learning inquiry.

This program is designed for instructors, staff members, and teaching assistants interested in exploring teaching and learning through a scholarly lens and developing a SoTL project.

The SoTL Incubator explore topics such as developing SoTL research questions, selecting appropriate methodologies, ethics and data collection, and approaches to sharing and publishing research.

It will also provide opportunities for discussion, collaboration, and project development, and feature guest speakers.
