The Teaching and Learning Centre (TLC) partners with instructors to support engaging, inclusive, and learner-centred teaching experiences at Ontario Tech University. This hub brings together resources, tools, and supports to help you design learning experiences, engage students, explore educational technologies, and enhance teaching across a variety of contexts.

The TLC offers consultations, workshops, programs, and practical resources related to course design, assessment, educational technology, student engagement, and emerging teaching practices.

October Spotlight

Join the next ChatTLC session on October 28!

ChatTLC is an ongoing, open conversation series where faculty and staff can gather, explore, and share how generative AI is being used across the university. Together, we'll exchange strategies, explore questions, share stories, and learn from one another's experiences.

When: Wednesday, October 28, from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Where: Online (Google Meet)

Further sessions will be scheduled, but there is no ongoing commitment required; join when you can and bring anything you'd like to share, discuss, or think through with colleagues.
