How We Support Staff
The TLC provides instructional support for staff related to facilitation, instructional design, learner engagement, educational technology, workshop development, and inclusive learning practices through consultations, workshops, programs, and practical resources.

Facilitating Academic Support and Training
The Facilitating Academic Support and Training (FAST) Program is designed to support staff members and administrators in developing and refining their facilitation and presentation skills.

Certificate in University Teaching
The Certificate in University Teaching program brings expertise and experiential learning to the development of teaching practices.
The TA + Staff Stream is open to all staff members and is tailored to support professional practice in a variety of contexts, including facilitating workshops and training sessions, designing learning experiences, engaging participants, and delivering accessible and inclusive learning opportunities across the university community.
